All purchases require an accurate name of Buyer and shipping address of Buyer. The shipping dates provided to Buyers are estimates, unless expressly agreed to in writing from both parties to a fixed schedule. Kodent Dental Supply guarantees reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery times conditioned upon Buyer’s timely provision of all necessary information. In the case of delays in shipment, Kodent Dental Supply is not responsible for any damage or losses. At Buyer’s risk, Kodent Dental Supply will store and handle items if Buyer is responsible for delays in shipment. Buyer is responsible for storage, insurance, and handling charges.

Delays resulted from force majeure release Kodent Dental Supply from estimated delivery dates and expressly stated delivery dates or periods. Buyer may only withdraw from contract after a reasonable grace period in the event of non-compliance with contractually agreed delivery periods and dates.
