Only items that arrive defective or damaged are eligible for returns and/or exchanges at Kodent Dental Supply’s sole discretion. Buyer must notify Kodent Dental Supply to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within thirty (30) days from the delivery date, as all returns and exchanges require an RMA. Buyer must provide sufficient evidence of pre-delivery damages or defects as requested by Kodent Dental Supply (photos, videos, etc.).

All eligible returns and exchanges must be unused, in original packaging, and not a sale item. Buyer is responsible for original AND exchange shipping and handling costs. All eligible returns will be refunded as credit to Buyer’s account and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All custom order sales are final and ineligible for return.
